Are You in Sleep Debt?

When you spend money you do not have you experience financial debt. The average adult needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. When hours needed for sleep are spent awake you accumulate a sleep debt. As sleep debt increases you will:

  • Feel more tired
  • Become more impaired
  • Fall asleep faster
